Our Absolute Beginner Adult Ballet class is the ideal for those who are absolutely new to ballet.

Class Structure:

Traditional Ballet Barre. We'll start with the basics, teaching you proper posture, alignment, and fundamental ballet movements at the barre. We'll patiently guide and support you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities and understanding of ballet technique.​​​

 

Class Attire:

Ballet attire and/or comfortable tight-fitting athletic wear. Ballet slippers, jazz shoes or socks permitted.​​

Our Beg Adult Ballet class is ideal for those with a few years of ballet and/or dance experience. 

 

With focus towards postural alignment and foundations to classical and traditional ballet technique, you're guaranteed to be inspired with the beauty and grace of ballet.

 

Class Structure:

Traditional Ballet Barre, Centre and Across the Floor. 

 

Class Attire:

Ballet attire and/or comfortable tight-fitting athletic wear. Ballet shoes are mandatory. ​​

Our Int/Adv Adult Ballet is geared towards those with a strong foundation in dance and have over 5 years of strong ballet training including comprehension and knowledge of terminology.

 

With focus towards maintaining and/or improving ballet technique, while keeping fit and having fun.

Ballet attire and/or comfortable tight-fitting athletic wear. Ballet shoes are mandatory. ​

Our Adult Stretch & Strengthen is an excellent class to help improve your flexibility while strengthening and supporting your core and major muscle groups. With a combination of cardio and resistance workouts, you'll be guided through a variety of stretch and strengthening exercises.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or simply looking to improve your daily well-being, this class is suitable for all fitness levels. All are welcome!

Class Structure:

​Featuring a 45-min, full-body, body-weight workout incorporating optional small weights. This class targets the upper body, lower body, and core through a mix of structured sets and follow-along exercises. The class concludes with a 15-min, full-body stretch to enhance flexibility and support recovery. 

​

Optional: 

Please bring 1–2 pound weights if you have them at home to further enhance your workout.

​

Class Attire:

Comfortable tight-fitting athletic wear. Barefoot or clean indoor running shoes are recommended. Socks are an option, but please ensure they have grips for safety.

Ready to get back into the rhythm? Our Adult Tap (Beg/Int) class is the perfect way to reintroduce yourself to tap dancing - or to continue building on your basic skills in a relaxed, welcoming environment.

​

Class Structure: 
Each class begins with a traditional warm-up focused on ankle articulation and progressing through single, double, and triple sounds. From there, we move into skill-building - both stationary and across the floor. We wrap up with a fun, upbeat combination that puts everything together. Dancers with more experience will have the opportunity to level up their skills with optional challenges throughout the class.

What to Wear:

Comfortable athletic wear that allows you to move freely. Tap shoes of your choice—whatever helps you feel confident and comfortable.

  • Fridays: $75 plus HST (5 weeks)* *No class on Fri. Oct. 10th (Thanksgiving)
