Our Beg/Int Adult Ballet class is the ideal for those with a few years of ballet and/or dance experience.

 

With focus towards postural alignment and foundations to classical and traditional ballet technique, you're guaranteed to be inspired with the beauty and grace of ballet.

 

Class Structure:

Traditional Ballet Barre, Centre and Across the Floor. 

 

Wear comfortable tight-fitting athletic wear or ballet attire and bring ballet shoes for the best experience.

Our Int/Adv Adult Ballet is geared towards those with a strong foundation in dance and have comprehensive understanding, knowledge and training to ballet.

Ready to shake things up and have some fun? Our Adult Hip Hop: Move & Groove class is perfect for those looking to explore the energetic and expressive world of hip hop. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some dance experience, this class will help you develop your skills and confidence.

We'll start with a groovy warm-up followed by foundational hip hop movements and progressing to a short yet sweet combo. Our focus is on having fun, building a strong community, and expressing yourself through dance.

Our Adult Stretch & Strengthen is an excellent class to help improve your flexibility while strengthening and supporting your core and major muscle groups.

Whether you're a seasoned athlete or simply looking to improve your daily well-being, this class is suitable for all fitness levels.

With a combination of cardio and resistance workout, you will be guided through a variety of stretch and strengthening exercises at the barre and centre, focusing on form and alignment.

Our Absolute Beginner Adult Ballet Barre class is the ideal for those who are absolutely new to ballet.

Class Structure:

Traditional Ballet Barre. We'll start with the basics, teaching you proper posture, alignment, and fundamental ballet movements at the barre. We'll patiently guide and support you through each step, ensuring you feel comfortable and confident in your abilities and understanding of ballet technique.​​​

Build upon your ballet foundation with our Adult Ballet Barre class for beginner and intermediate dancers. This class will continue to develop your ballet technique, focusing on more advanced movements and combinations.

Class Structure: Traditional Ballet Barre. We'll explore a variety of ballet exercises, including pliés, tendus, rond de jambes,  grand battements and more, while maintaining proper form and alignment.
